Abstract
Microfluidics are miniaturized devices that can perform various electrochemical techniques remotely
using low volumes of reagents and generating low amounts of waste. This webinar will provide an
introduction to the fundamental principles of microfluidics and electrochemistry, highlighting the
advantages of integrating these technologies. Key topics will include enhanced mass transport, reduced
sample consumption, improved analytical performance, and emerging applications in chemical
and biological analysis. The presentation will also discuss current challenges and future opportunities in
the development of microfluidic electrochemical systems.
